Cold Case is an American police procedural television series which premiered on September 28, 2003 on CBS. The series revolves around a fictionalized Philadelphia Police Department division that specializes in investigating cold cases. Lilly Rush is a Philadelphia police detective working for the department's homicide squad and being assinged 'cold cases'; crimes that have been commited many years ago and have not been solved.
